What's worst than an indian wearing all black and crossing the road in the night? an afro american who crosses the road being confident that the cars can see them and leisurely crossing the road. Fucking hell.. was driving down the street and this couple was just leisurely walking across the road. If they moved a lil faster i would've been able to see them better but because they were slowly walking.. i only noticed them 10-20 metres away. Knn. Fucking gave me a heart attack n thankfully the brakes work well. Fuck sia.

On another note, not to let u guys worry but 2 weeks back, there was a restaurant a block from my place. And there were around 15 police patrol cars surrouding it. few days back, i found out what the commotion was about. Apparantly someone was stabbed in the parking lot. They were giving out flyers on the roads. Stupdi road blocks gave me a fright. I was 2 blocks away and buying my dinner, and i figured, i'm less than a min's drive away so fuck the safety belt.. then half a block away from my home.. i see a fucking police road block .. knn, hurriedly threw on my safety belt. Then only to realise they were giving out flyers to drivers who were driving past. Yeah, i know my house is right by a police post and driving without a safety belt is probably silly.. Anyway, i ddin't get the flyer cos they were giving it to the adjacent raod but there was a flyer by my door when i got home and it explained what all the commotion was about.

Well, let's hope because of this incident, rent around the area drops alil :p but then, with that, comes desirebale attention and people so maybe having a slightly higher rent helps :p

Anyway, that's just a couple of interesting things that's happened so far. Don't worry, I still believe the neighbourhood is safe but it was rather rattling cos apparantly, my area is known to be safe and something like this hasn't happened in the last 8 years. Go figure, that's supposed to be a good thing.
