It's sad when we have the people near and close to us, in proximity or relation, are suddenly gone from our lives. A fellow school mate, faculty mate, passed away recently. though I didn't know her personally, it's saddening To think that we might have bumped into each other in the corridors, but yet now she's gone. This goes out to those who have lost someone dear or know someone who has.

"In our short life we see & hear
Meet the people which we hold dear

Friends to foes, strangers to lovers.
Those that come will one day leave us.

For better or worse, for good or bad,
one thing is sure, we must be glad,

to have these people shape us
into film-makers, writers, leaders,

of our own life, our own future.
The star of our own feature.

So regardless of their significance,
they have made their difference.

Love them now. Treasure, faith, trust.
One won't know when they'll be taken from us.

And if they are gone, keep the fire burning
Honour the memory of them, keep shining.

For that's what they would've wanted"
